Warren Kornblum is the founder of Shadow Entertainment Group, LLC. He leads the efforts of the company's entertainment team which develops and produces television, film, live and/or music properties; its branding team which works with content owners in the area of brand development with an eye toward creating franchise properties; and, Warren also consults with leading multi-national corporations on the convergence of entertainment properties and world class brands.

Mr. Kornblum is one of America's most sought after speakers when it comes to topics including; Branding, Emotional Marketing, Creativity and Change in the Competitive Marketplace (also known as "Surviving in a Walmart World"). Having spent parts of his career in advertising/marketing (as the owner of a successful agency with offices in four cities on two continents), entertainment and brand management (as a writer, director and most recently executive officer of a Fortune 200 company), he is considered an authority on the newly emerging field of "Branded Entertainment."

Kornblum is the former Global Chief Marketing Officer for Toys "R" Us where he was responsible for all of the company's divisions on an international basis. He served on the Toys "R" Us, Inc. Executive Committee for over five years. His accomplishments at Toys "R" Us are highly regarded including; the creation of the internationally recognized and awarded "Geoffrey" the spokes giraffe; the development, design and completion of the company's global flagship store in Times Square; and, leading the creative and marketing endeavors for all "R" Us businesses.

Prior to Toys "R" Us. Warren spent two decades at the helm of advertising agencies and is a highly awarded creative thinker. He has received over twenty-five world class awards for creativity including multiple CLIOs and has been honored as one of the "World's Top Brand Minds" on numerous occasions. In addition, Warren Kornblum has been featured in leading magazines, radio and television shows even though he goes to great lengths to "fly under the radar" on a personal level.

A true believer in "paying rent for the space we occupy on this earth," Warren is known for his charitable work. He sits on the board of several philanthropic organizations including; The Starlight/Starbright Children's Foundation (where he is the founder of Starlight Canada and a former International President of the charity), The Retail Advertising and Marketing Association, Kids for Kids as well as a number of corporate Boards.
